He is survived by his wife, Kathleen O'Toole; his children, Mark O'Toole of Las Vegas, NV and Meghan O'Toole (Vanessa Flick) of Boston, MA; his granddaughter Madeline; and his sister, Regina Murdock (O'Toole) of Shelburne Falls, MA. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St, West Roxbury, MA 02132. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026
